Inconsistency

There are few heroes who owned more than a single weapon from the legendary 108 Relics.

Rowin the Staghorn was known as the undefeated fighter with two of them.
The weapons he possessed was the Shield of Crimson Flame, which fire comes out from fuller when it pierced the enemy,
and the Blood Iron Spear, which gets harden when it blocked the enemy's attack.

The creators of the 108 Relics wanted its wielder to find out secrets of its own special power.
Some of them are really hard to do so.
